These Terms govern your use of the WeemFX website and WeemFX Farm (together, the "Service"), operated by WeemFX. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't create an account or use the Service.
WeemFX Farm is currently offered free of charge, during a beta period, without any guarantee of a particular level of service, uptime, or continued availability. Features, pricing, and these Terms may change as the product develops — we'll do our best to communicate significant changes, but the beta nature of the Service means things can move quickly.
You need a WeemFX account to use WeemFX Farm. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Each account may be signed in to the Farm software on one machine at a time — signing in elsewhere will prompt to sign the other machine out.
Don't use the Service to do anything illegal, to interfere with its operation or other users' use of it, to attempt to circumvent licence enforcement, or to reverse-engineer the software beyond what applicable law permits notwithstanding this restriction.
Subject to these Terms, WeemFX grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use WeemFX Farm for as long as your account holds a valid licence for it. This isn't a sale — WeemFX retains all rights, title, and interest in the software itself.
We may suspend, revoke, or decline to renew a licence at any time, including for suspected abuse, non-payment (once paid plans exist), or violation of these Terms. Revoking a licence stops the software from accepting new render jobs on the affected account; it doesn't retroactively affect renders already completed.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied — this is especially true during the free beta. We don't guarantee the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. You're responsible for your own backups and for verifying render output before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeemFX isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including lost render time, lost data, or lost business — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
WeemFX Farm automates Chaos Vantage, which you must license separately from Chaos Software. Chaos® and Vantage™ are trademarks of Chaos Software; WeemFX is an independent product and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Chaos Software.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
